I am a therapist who works together with adults who want to regain balance in their lives after experiencing something that is stressful, traumatic, depressing or making them feel anxious. I work towards resolving challenging life events, upsetting memories, decreased interest and avoidance of things you used to enjoy, or if you feel cautious in situations that are familiar to you. You may have wanted to talk with someone about these events, and discuss solutions that you have in mind while gaining new insights into your own abilities.
I specialize in working with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, or stress management. I have experience helping adults, families, college students, military members and veterans with a variety of challenges. I'm seeing clients in person or by telehealth, typically Monday to Friday during evenings or Saturday mornings.
